My stay at the Lindner Hotel Frankfurt Main Plaza was quite the experience. The views from my room were astonishing, looking directly at the Main River and the beautiful city skyline. However, some aspects needed improvement, particularly the service at the front desk and the breakfast options. Overall, the spacious room and great location made it worth my while.

Rooms
8.0
The room was spacious, with large windows that provided stunning views of the skyline and a relaxing atmosphere. It included amenities like a kitchenette, although I found it could have been better equipped.
Service
6.0
While the general staff were friendly, my experience at the front desk was less than ideal. The staff seemed indifferent, and I faced a frustrating situation regarding a power adaptor that they refused to lend—even trying to sell it to me.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was fantastic, right by the Main River and within walking distance to vibrant Sachsenhausen, where I could easily explore local restaurants and attractions.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was decent, but I found the selection could have been better for the price, which turned out to be on the higher side. The bar downstairs had a nice atmosphere with live music, which I enjoyed a lot.
Facilities
8.0
The leisure facilities were impressive, especially the clean and decent-sized pool. However, I did notice that some amenities like elevators weren’t always operational, which was a hassle.

7.0/10

My stay at the Lindner Hotel Frankfurt Main Plaza was a mixed bag. On the bright side, the views of the Frankfurt skyline were absolutely stunning, and my room was huge and comfortable—perfect for relaxing and working. However, I did run into some issues with the front desk service, which was notably lacking in warmth and efficiency. The dining experience left something to be desired, especially during my dinner at the restaurant where the food and service didn’t meet my expectations.

Rooms

The room I had was spacious and offered amazing views of the Main River and city skyline. It was equipped with a kitchenette which was handy. The decor felt a bit outdated, but overall, it provided a comfy atmosphere to unwind.
Service
7.0
While some staff were helpful, particularly during breakfast, I encountered a really unwelcoming receptionist at one point. This inconsistency impacted my overall experience, unfortunately.
Location

The hotel's location is fantastic! It's right by the river with easy access to the charming Sachsenhausen area and is only a short walk from the city centre, which makes it an ideal base for exploring Frankfurt.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was great with a good variety of options, but my dinner at the New Brick restaurant was disappointing. The food quality and service there weren't up to par, which was a letdown considering the hotel’s overall vibe.
Facilities
8.0
I loved the leisure areas, especially the spa facilities which were well-maintained. The hotel also had convenient parking options available, but at a steep price.

My stay at Lindner Hotel Frankfurt Main Plaza was pretty solid overall. The rooms were gigantic and super comfy, and the breakfast had a tasty variety. However, the gym could use an upgrade, and the really firm beds were kind of uncomfortable at times.

Rooms
8.0
I got a spacious room with a kitchenette, and the view from the 8th floor was stunning. The room felt a little dated in some aspects, but overall, it was clean and nicely decorated.
Service
7.0
The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help with what I needed, but I did notice some inconsistency in service at times, especially during busier hours.
Location
8.0
The hotel is in a great spot right by the Main River and is close to dining options in Sachsenhausen. It's a bit of a walk to central Frankfurt, but pretty manageable, especially with the great views around.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was decent and had a good range, but the price felt a little steep. I didn't try dinner at the hotel as I opted for the nearby Italian restaurant, which was just a two-minute stroll away.
Facilities
6.0
The spa and pool were nice, but the passage to get there felt like a trek, and the gym left a bit to be desired. Still, the saunas were well-maintained and a great way to unwind after a long day.

My stay at the Lindner Hotel Frankfurt Main Plaza was a mix of highs and lows. I loved the amazing view of the Main River from my spacious room, which made my experience quite enjoyable. However, the poor service at check-in was frustrating, and I encountered some cleanliness issues that detracted from my overall experience.

Rooms

The room was quite large, with impressive views of Frankfurt, but it did have cleanliness issues and a lingering smell that was disappointing.
Service

Check-in was unfortunately marred by rude staff, which left a sour impression. However, some other employees were friendly and helpful during my stay.
Location

The hotel's location is fantastic, right across from the river and within walking distance to various attractions, making it easy to explore.

The wellness facilities were nice, but some maintenance issues with equipment in the gym were disappointing. The pool area was a fun spot, though slightly chilly.
